Step 1
List the items for sale. If the name reflects something tasty, a hungry sweet tooth hurrying from work will not pass by the store. But picking up the right component for the sign may not work outright, so include everything that is on sale in the store in the list. Write the names of product groups, not the names of the products themselves: "candy", not "Squirrel" or "Petrel".
Step 2
Convert food names into adjectives. This work is best done electronically because the lists can be printed and given to different people to choose the best name. If the first column says "candy", write the word "candy" next to it. This is how the first successful options can appear.
Step 3
Pair up product names. Go through the list and find good combinations. For the word "candy" the word "donuts" can be used. The result is the "candy donuts" variant. Try even ridiculous combinations - it's important to give your brain work. New thoughts will appear that need to be written down without criticism.
Step 4
Describe the names of the products. Use additional adjectives for this. You can add the word “local” to the word “sweets” if the assortment contains a lot of products from a local confectionery factory. The result will be "local sweets".
Step 5
Add diminutive suffixes to product names. From the word "candy" there will be options for "candy", "candy", etc. Do not abuse this opportunity, but some thought may turn out to be good.
Step 6
Combine product names with the word "a lot." The word “candy” will form the version “many candies”.
