Instructions
Step 1
Activate the ISSA service if you are a Baikalwestcom subscriber. This can be done by sending an SMS message with the letter "a" to the number 7172492. You can also use the USSD service, dial * 100 * 24921 # on your phone and press the call button. Receive a response system message with CCIS activation data.
Step 2
Follow the link https://issa.bwc.ru/ and enter your phone number and password to enter your "Personal Account". The password is the same as the one you use for the ACCA service. If you do not have it, dial 7172 from your phone and follow the voice instructions or send an empty SMS to 71721. Remember, if you unsuccessfully log in to CCIS three times, the service is blocked for 3 hours.
Step 3
Follow the link https://issa.dsv.ru to enter the ISSA Rostelecom system. Enter your area code, phone number and PIN. The latter can be obtained at the nearest subscriber department of the company, providing identity documents. You can also log in by your personal account number by clicking on the corresponding link. Do not forget to correctly indicate the region of your residence. If you have DISLY Internet connected, then to enter you can enter your username (pppoe) and password to access the Internet
Step 4
Set a password for entering the CCIS "Skylink". To do this, you need to call 77721 and follow the prompts of the system. At some point, you will be asked to come up with a 7-character password. Press the asterisk after you finish typing.
Step 5
You can also call the Help Desk at 8-901-251-51-51 or 247-42-42. After that, follow the link https://issa.skylink-chel.ru/ and enter your phone number and password in the login form. If you incorrectly log in to the system three times in a row, the service will be blocked for 12 hours.
