Instructions
Step 1
Examine all the clauses of your contract, which was concluded when registering CASCO insurance. If the issue of the refund has not been settled directly in the insurance rules, you will not be able to receive the corresponding funds.
Step 2
Make sure that at the time of termination of the insurance contract, it was valid for at least ten months (from the date of its signing), otherwise you are not entitled to receive the remainder of the money paid.
Step 3
Make sure that, according to the signed insurance contract, you have the opportunity to receive the balance of funds in case of termination of this vehicle insurance contract.
Step 4
For the return of funds under CASCO, you can terminate the previously concluded insurance contract. Write and fill out an application for termination of the insurance contract, in which you indicate that you want to return (receive) that part of the money or insurance premium that was not used for a given period of time.
Step 5
Draw up a statement in which you ask to terminate the insurance contract and ask to use that part of the unused insurance premium as payment for the new insurance contract drawn up.
Step 6
Draw up and sign an additional agreement, according to which you demand the termination of a previously concluded vehicle insurance contract.
Step 7
Get some of the insurance that was not used. Get confirmation that some of the unused insurance has been credited as payment under the new vehicle insurance contract.
