This can be done by ordering an extract from the Unified State Register of Legal Entities (USRLE) from the tax office.

Step 1
In Moscow, an extract from the Unified State Register of Legal Entities containing data on the founders of an LLC or other legal entity can be obtained from the tax office No. 46 (IFTS No. 46), located at the address: Moscow, Pokhodny proezd, property 3, building 1. In order to receive an extract from the Unified State Register of Legal Entities, it is necessary to draw up an appropriate request and pay a state fee.
Step 2
A sample request for an extract from the Unified State Register of Legal Entities can be downloaded on the Internet or compiled in any form. In the request, you must correctly indicate the information about the LLC, information about the founders of which you need. It is important to indicate the name of the LLC, OGRN, INN / KPP. You also need to indicate that the request is accompanied by a receipt confirming the payment of the state duty, as well as your data (full name).
Step 3
The state duty for an extract from the Unified State Register of Legal Entities is currently 200 rubles. Such a statement can be obtained from the tax office 5 working days after the request was submitted. You can pay 400 rubles and get an extract the next day (urgent provision of information from the Unified State Register of Legal Entities). The necessary information about the founders of the LLC will be indicated in the statement itself in the appropriate column.
