For employees working on a shift schedule, you can set a salary, hourly wage rate or piecework wages (Article 135 of the Labor Code of the Russian Federation). Most often, a sliding schedule is established at those enterprises whose activities cannot be stopped on weekends or holidays, therefore, labor remuneration provides for additional charges in accordance with current legislation.
It is necessary
- - calculator;
- - time sheet;
- - the program "1C Salary and Personnel".
Instructions
Step 1
If an employee has worked all the prescribed days according to the schedule, pay him a salary using the tariff rate in accordance with the hours worked or the amount from work. If there is overwork, that is, the employee has worked more hours than established in Article 91 of the Labor Code of the Russian Federation, then pay double the amount of all overworked hours. When working from the output for all processed hours, charge a double amount of the average daily output for the billing month (article 152 of the Labor Code of the Russian Federation).
Step 2
If an employee working on a schedule has not completed a full month, calculate the average hourly cost of a working hour in the billing period. To do this, divide the salary amount by the number of working hours in the billing period and multiply by the hours actually worked. When paying the rate rate, multiply the rate amount by the number of hours actually worked per month. When working from production, calculate the actual production in the billing period.
Step 3
For work on all-Russian holidays, pay double the amount of salary, hourly wage rate or output, regardless of the fact that on the indicated days the employee worked according to the shift schedule.
Step 4
If an employee working on a staggered schedule worked on Saturday or Sunday, pay the salary in a single amount, since in the shift schedule, days off are considered to be those days that are not working for this employee.
Step 5
For employees who worked night shifts from 22:00 to 11:00, add at least an additional 20% (Resolution of the Government of the Russian Federation 554). Your internal regulations may indicate that a different percentage is charged for night work, but it cannot be lower than the established 20%.
Step 6
For overwork, work on weekends and holidays, the employee has the right to receive an additional day off. In this case, count all recycling hours in one size.
