Instructions

Step 1

Remember that the report for the grand must be carried out in accordance with the terms of the contract. Usually, it prescribes two or three stages of spending. At the first stage, money is allocated for registering a business, so you need to account for bliss immediately after completing this procedure.

Step 2

The second stage involves getting started. If the business plan for the development of your business provides for the lease of premises, i.e. concluding a lease agreement, obtaining licenses to operate, then you will have to submit documents on the lease of premises, as well as receipts for payment of the license, to the fund for promoting small business development or to the employment center within three months. For these purposes (rent and obtaining a license) you can spend only 25% of the total financial assistance.

Step 3

It is assumed that at the third stage of starting your own business, you will acquire the necessary equipment and materials. These costs must be negotiated in the business plan and estimate, which is an integral part of the contract. This means that you will have to acquire the necessary property strictly in accordance with these documents.

Step 4

But keep in mind that in practice you may face a situation where the deadlines for submitting documents and the number of stages of the report may vary in different regions. In some regions, an entrepreneur who has received funds from a grant to a personal account is obliged to report to the employment center on the start of the organization of entrepreneurial activity within 10 days. In some regions, the grant recipient submits a report on his activities to the employment center after a year and attaches documents confirming the expenses incurred, as well as a copy of the income declaration.

Step 5

Do not forget that the employees of the employment center have the right to check the income declaration you submitted to the tax office and the availability of accounting documents necessary for carrying out the types of entrepreneurial activities provided for by the contract.
