Registering your company in Moscow is not an easy task. You can contact a specialized company that will take over the entire registration process, or you can do it yourself, strictly observing the procedure provided for by law.
Instructions
Step 1
Develop the incorporation documents required for registration. This is the charter of the enterprise, indicating the rights and obligations of members and copies of documents of the head and chief accountant; memorandum of association; minutes of the meeting of the founders, at which the decision on the formation of the company was made; its name (full and abbreviated); types of upcoming activities; legal address.
Step 2
Prepare an application in the established form P11001 to the tax office for registration of a company, to which you attach all the required documents. Pay special attention to the correct filling of the application, since even the presence of small inaccuracies is a reason for refusal in the tax office. All documents must be certified by a notary.
Step 3
Contact the tax office with a prepared statement and documents attached to it. The certified originals will remain with the Federal Tax Service Inspectorate, and you will need to make a request for a copy, which indicates the name of the company, the date and number of the protocol on the formation of the company and the passport details of the founders.
Step 4
Pay at Sberbank the established state duty for registering a company and issuing a second Charter at the tax office.
Step 5
Get in the FSGS the statistic code assigned to your company by type of activity - OKVED. Report the received code to the IFTS.
Step 6
Develop a sketch of the company seal, order it and register it on the basis of the statutory documents.
Step 7
Open a current bank account with which your company will subsequently work.
Step 8
Notify the tax office that you have opened a current account.
Step 9
Contact the Pension Fund to register a registered company.
Step 10
Register with the Social Security and Compulsory Health Insurance Funds.
