Instructions

Step 1

Think about what you want to do. For example, if you want to open a store, then analyze what you will be selling in it. To do this, pay attention to the supply and demand in your city (or town, village). Thus, you will be able to establish which product will actually be in demand.

Step 2

Make a business plan for your future venture. In it, describe how you will develop: plan the activities of your company in such a way that the organization makes a profit and can expand in the future.

Step 3

Come up with a name for your legal entity. It should be short and, at the same time, memorized well enough. In doing so, it is best that the name of the company reflects its activities.

Step 4

Select the organizational and legal form for your enterprise (LLC, IP, OJSC). These forms are provided for by civil law. A firm can be commercial or non-commercial.

Step 5

Rent the necessary premises where you can develop your business.

Step 6

Register a company and get permission to start your own business (license). To do this, contact the state inspection and write an application for a license.

Step 7

Collect the package of documents required for registration of a legal entity. It should include: - a business plan; - a photocopy of the passports of the founders (or founder) and the future head of the company; - a document containing information on the amount of the authorized capital to be formed.

Step 8

Pay the required amount of the application fee. In this case, be sure to keep the receipt confirming the payment.

Step 9

Submit all documents along with receipt and application to the appropriate government agency.
