The Rosreestr license is required to carry out activities related to the creation, updating of state topographic maps and plans, and their publication. In addition, it gives the right to conduct federal, regional (territorial) and departmental cartographic and geodetic centers and other types of work that are part of the licensed cartographic activity.

Step 1
Remember that the licensing authority in receipt is the Federal Service for State Registration, Cadastre and Cartography (Rosreestr) and its territorial divisions.
Step 2
In order to obtain a geodetic license, collect a package of documents. It includes: - certificate of assignment of OGRN, - certificate of assignment of TIN, - statistics codes, - extract from the Unified State Register of Legal Entities or USRIP, - all pages of the passport for individual entrepreneurs, - details of an individual entrepreneur or company, - payment documents for payment of state duty, - list of activities for which you need to obtain a license.
Step 3
Documents that include two or more sheets, sew and fasten with the seal of the organization or individual entrepreneur. In addition, certify copies of these documents with a notary, otherwise you will have to provide the originals.
Step 4
Submit the package of documents for registration to the territorial division of Rosreestr. Within 45 days, the registration authority will make a decision to issue a license. During this period, Rosreestr will check the fulfillment of the licensing conditions by your company. To check the conditions of the license, it is necessary to submit: - information about specialists (diplomas and work books), - information about geodetic instruments owned by an entrepreneur or a company, and their meteorological survey, - information about the head of work on geodetic and cartographic activities.
Step 5
After making a decision to issue a license, you will need to pay a state fee: 2600 rubles. for providing a license. This document is issued for a period of 5 years and is valid throughout Russia. After the expiration of the specified period, it is necessary to submit to the registering authority a new package of documents to renew the license.
