If you find a defect in the purchased vacuum cleaner, you have the right to return the money paid for it. For this, a claim is drawn up, after writing which the seller is obliged to reimburse you for the purchase price. This is regulated by the Consumer Protection Law.

Step 1
When buying a vacuum cleaner, the seller must issue a warranty card, receipt and other technical documentation. Be sure to check the availability of all documents so that in the event of a marriage, you can prove your case.
Step 2
When using a vacuum cleaner, follow the operating rules that are spelled out in the technical data sheet of the product. If the revealed defect was admitted during the production of the vacuum cleaner, you have the right to return the money. If the breakdown occurred due to improper operation, the purchase price will not be refunded.
Step 3
Make a claim. Address it to the manager of the store or chain of stores. Indicate the date of purchase of the vacuum cleaner, its full name. Write when the marriage was discovered. Write in that you would like to receive the money paid for the vacuum cleaner. Refer to Consumer Protection Law. Sign your claim and date it. Attach to it all the documentation for the product, including the receipt, warranty card. Currently, the stores offer, in addition to the basic, an additional guarantee. If you purchased one, please indicate it. Before the warranty expires, you have the right to return your money for the defective vacuum cleaner.
Step 4
Return the claim, the documentation for the vacuum cleaner and the product itself to the seller. He should put an acceptance mark on your copy. If the seller refuses to accept your claim, send it by mail to the store's address with acknowledgment of receipt.
Step 5
When the seller receives a claim, he is obliged to independently conduct an examination, which is allotted (according to the law) up to 45 days. It is advisable to be present in person during the check. If the seller refused to conduct it, get independent experts. With the results of the check, a check for its payment, come to the store. The seller must reimburse the costs incurred by you.
Step 6
If the dispute cannot be resolved amicably, they refuse to return the money to you, go to court. Write a statement of claim. Attach to it all the documentation for the vacuum cleaner, including the warranty card, the results of the examination and the check for payment of the check. As a result of the litigation, the seller will be required to pay you all costs, including forfeit.
