Alimony can be reduced if you have another child or children, since all children of one parent have the right to equal maintenance. If you pay 25% of income for one child, and you have another child in another family, then the percentage of alimony per child will be reduced to 16.5%, since maintenance for two children is 33% of all income. If you have two children, the percentage of payments will be reduced in accordance with the equal maintenance of children based on 50% of the income.

If you are a disabled person in need of outside care, the amount of child support may be reduced by a court decision.

Also, the amount of alimony can be reduced if the child is 16 years old, he has acquired legal capacity or receives significant income from business or existing property.
