Instructions
Step 1
Start your hairdressing business by registering your company as a limited liability company or sole proprietor. Find a suitable space - better in a residential area, where there are enough clients even if there are competitors.
Step 2
After the conclusion of the lease, you can start repairing. Contact the design organization to draw up a technological project, a project of utilities and a design project for a hairdresser. Start ordering equipment and recruiting staff. Remember that every hairdresser must have a medical book and a certificate, which is issued after completing a three-month course.
Step 3
Register with the tax authority and receive a certificate of registration. Next, you should get a certificate for the provision of hairdressing services. You can get advice on the order and procedures of certification by calling the Central Body of the Certification System: (495) 241-3428; (495) 241-34-19; (495) 241-34-02.
Step 4
The first step in obtaining a certificate will be letters to the SES and the fire fighting service asking for permission to open a hairdresser in such and such an area, at such and such an address, etc. In the SES, you must provide a lease agreement and medical books of hairdressers.
Step 5
Contact any certification body accredited to certify hairdressing services. Each certification body defines a certification scheme, which includes the assessment of services and verification of its result. The certification verification procedure also includes inspection control.
Step 6
After receiving the certificate, it remains to send a notification to Rospotrebnadzor. Fill out the notification on the start of entrepreneurial activity in the form established by the "Rules for the submission of notifications on the start of certain types of entrepreneurial activity and the registration of these notifications." A copy of an extract from the Unified State Register of Legal Entities or USRIP and a copy of the certificate of registration with the tax authorities must be attached to the notification.
