This is the largest part of the administrative apparatus. Middle managers serve as intermediaries between senior management and grassroots leaders.

The highest level of management is the last link, whose representatives are responsible for making the most important decisions on which the activities of the company or enterprise depend. They are the ones who are responsible for this activity. The decisions they make, through middle and lower-level managers, are communicated to the direct executors.

This organizational and management structure is typical for any enterprise in which there are divisions and departments. It allows you to manage the enterprise and all of its executives to ensure this process through planning, organization, motivation and control.
