Write the agenda on the minutes. It should include questions about the creation, discussion of the charter, the candidacy of the director, etc. Formulate the operative part, which must include a clause on the creation of an educational institution and a decision to contact the Federal Registration Service. Please indicate how the voting was carried out. The chairman and secretary must sign the document. The protocol must be provided in two copies. One of them must be notarized, and the second can only be signed by the applicant.

Write a statement. Its form is indicated in Appendix No. 1 to Decree 212 of the Government of the Russian Federation on April 15, 2006. It indicates the organizational and legal form, the name in the language of one of the peoples of the Russian Federation, the name in any foreign language, affiliation with a religious organization, postal address, telephone number, the date of the decision to establish.
