Instructions

Step 1

Fill in a money order only by hand and with blue paste. In no case should there be corrections, blots, or grammatical errors on the check. In case of amendments, the check will not be accepted from you, as it will be considered invalid.

Step 2

Indicate the values of all details clearly, they should be read without difficulty. The text and numbers of the details should not go beyond the fields set aside for their affixing.

Step 3

Specify all dates in two-digit format, for example: 05 July.

Step 4

In the first column "Drawer" indicate the name of the organization or the surname, name, patronymic of the individual entrepreneur - the owner of the account. Sometimes the name of the organization can be marked with a stamp.

Step 5

In the "Place of issue" column, indicate the name of the city or town in which you are served.

Step 6

Next, write the required amount in words from the very beginning of the line without any separators - commas, periods, spaces. If there is free space, draw two lines. If you have kopecks, indicate them in numbers. In the event that the amount of the check is expressed in whole rubles, then instead of kopecks, you can put a double dash or two zeros.

Step 7

In the “Pay” column, enter the last name, first name and patronymic to whom the money is being issued. Capitalize data in the dative case. It is important not to leave large spaces between words. In the remaining free space, place a dash with a double line.

Step 8

Write the required amount in the nominative case. Here, too, start with a capital letter, do not leave any dashes or large spaces. Do not under any circumstances abbreviate the words “ruble” and “kopeck”. Select the free space again with a double line.

Step 9

Then sign without decoding the surname, name and patronymic. Remember that you do not have to sign the check before filling in all of its details.

Step 10

Now put a stamp on the designated spot. Its print must be clear and fully consistent with the stated. Also, the seal should not go to other details of the check.

Step 11

On the back of the check, indicate the purpose of the payment amount and certify with a signature.
