Recently, more and more people are not afraid to engage in entrepreneurship. Having opened their own business, each entrepreneur is faced with the need to carry out various monetary transactions. And if things are going well, you simply cannot do without a checking account. When concluding contracts for the purchase or sale of goods and services, it is simply undignified and legally wrong not to have a current account.
You can open a current account in almost any bank. Just don't be in a hurry. Having made the decision to open an account, try to study the offers of several banks, tariffs for their services and the conditions for maintaining an account. Particular attention should be paid to the tariffs for opening / closing a current account, the amount of the subscription fee for service, the cost of non-cash transactions. When visiting the bank for the first time, consult with its representative on questions of interest to you. Among them there may be those where the head office is located, how far is the nearest branch, is the bank included in the system of compulsory deposit insurance, what is the work schedule of the bank branches. It should be noted that the agreement for the settlement of the current account is concluded on individual terms. By comparing offers from different banks, as well as customer reviews or recommendations of friends, you can choose the bank in which you will open your current account.
A current account is opened on the basis of an agreement, which is drawn up upon agreement of the parties. Consequently, the bank puts forward special conditions for each client. It will not be possible to open a current account correctly and register your individual entrepreneur at the same time, since when concluding a banking agreement, the bank will require a certificate of state registration. Among the required documents, you will be asked to provide a certificate of registration with the tax office and, of course, the data of the authorized representatives of your organization, examples of their signatures, certified by a notary. The list of required documents will be given to you in the bank that you have chosen. It can vary from bank to bank. After the conclusion of the contract, a current account will be opened within 7 days. Next, you should report this to the Tax Office at the place of registration. This procedure is mandatory, since in case of failure to report you will be fined five thousand rubles.
