  • - contract with customs
  • - money

Instructions

Step 1

Register your company as a participant in foreign economic activity. To do this, you must fill out an application and provide a package of statutory documents to the customs. Find a buyer for your product and conclude a trade contract with him. If required, obtain a certificate of origin of goods (certificate form A). To do this, you need to contact the Chamber of Commerce and Industry, providing a production license, certificates of conformity, a technical description of the goods.

Step 2

Sign a contract with a transport company that will transport the goods. Delivery of goods is governed by the rules of INCOTERMS. For export, preferably several of the proposed modes, choose, together with the buyer, the one that will be mutually convenient:

* FOB - delivery to the Russian port of shipment

* CIP - delivery to the port of destination

* DAF - point of delivery at the border Control the payment of transport costs by your counterparty. Prepare the goods for shipment: pack and label it according to the requirements of the shipping company.

Step 3

Check with your customs broker to find out the export duty on the item. To do this, it is necessary to provide him with a complete technical description of the goods, on the basis of which he will determine the TN VED code. This code determines the amount of customs payments and other conditions for the export of goods abroad.

Prepare a package of accompanying documents, one copy of which you will have to send to the buyer by mail, the second - to submit to customs, the third - to send along with the goods. This package should include: 1. Contract and specification with a list of goods.

2. Invoice

3. Packing list.

4. Certificates for the product.

5. Passport of the transaction.

6. Bill of lading.

7. Export declaration After the cargo arrives at the previously agreed point, all rights to it pass to the buyer, and he proceeds to further customs clearance.
