Step 1
First of all, think about what you will be doing. If you want to open a children's clothing store, that is, work directly with individuals, you can register a company as an individual entrepreneur. If you want to cooperate with legal entities, for example, to provide accounting services, register an LLC.
Step 2
Come up with a name for your business. Try to make it as suitable as possible for the activities of the company. For example, if you open a children's clothing store, you can register it as an "Islet of Childhood", for an audit firm the name "Audit" is suitable.
Step 3
Prepare the constituent documents, that is, the Articles of Association, minutes of the meeting and the memorandum of association. Pay at least 50% of the contribution to the foundation capital. You can deposit cash, securities, equipment, fixed assets. Take a receipt or invoice that confirms the fact of payment of the incorporation fee.
Step 4
Pay the state fee at any branch of the RF Savings Bank. Fill out the application for state registration (form number R-11001), sign it in the presence of a notary.
Step 5
Submit your documents to the tax office. Registration takes place within five working days. At the end, you will receive a certificate of registration and assignment of TIN, as well as an extract from the state register.
Step 6
If you are registering an individual entrepreneur, constituent documents are not required. Take a copy of all sheets of your passport, fill out the application (form number R-21001) in the presence of a notary. Pay the state fee, and give the package of documents to the tax authority for further registration.
Step 7
Do not forget to notify the pension fund, FSS and statistics authorities about the opening of the enterprise. In some cases, the FTS sends a notification to the statistics authorities on its own, but you just need to receive a letter with a registration number.
