Step 1
The borrower must be a citizen of the Russian Federation at least 21 years old. His activity at the current place of work must be at least six months. A participant in a mortgage program can have no more than three co-borrowers, whose income is taken into account when calculating the maximum loan amount. Spouses automatically become co-borrowers even if one of them is insolvent.
Step 2
To consider a loan application, you need an application form filled in according to the Sberbank form, the borrower's passport, documents confirming his financial condition and employment, papers on the collateral provided and the property being lent. The application is considered within 7-18 working days from the date of submission of the full package of documents.
Step 3
The loan is issued in rubles. There is no issuance fee. The amount cannot exceed 8,000,000 rubles if the dwelling is located in Moscow and St. Petersburg, and 3,000,000 rubles if the dwelling is located in any other region of the Russian Federation. The procedure for repaying a mortgage loan is monthly equal payments, but early repayment is possible (no commission).
