You can contact any company in several ways: by phone, send it a fax, by e-mail or through communicator programs (Skype, ICQ, etc.) or use postal services. The effectiveness and preference of each method depends on the reason for the appeal and the company's reaction to it.
It is necessary
- - computer with Internet access;
- - telephone or fax;
- - E-mail address;
- - an account in a particular communicator program;
- - a postal envelope and a return receipt form.
Instructions
Step 1
If you know the phone number of the company (you can find it in telephone directories, on the corporate website and in other open sources), you can simply call it. You can ask to connect you with the right employee or ask to be redirected to the one who is responsible for your question.
It is not excluded, however, the option when at the other end of the wire they will refer to the absence of the necessary specialist or simply refuse to connect you with anyone.
Knowing the fax number, you can call it and send your message. However, there is no guarantee that this will not be ignored.
Step 2
With the development of information technology, more and more enterprises and organizations are actively using the possibilities of the Internet: a corporate website, e-mail (it is difficult to imagine a company today that could not be contacted in this way), various online communicators.
Of course, when a company uses electronic methods of communication with the outside world, you can find all the necessary contacts on its website and use them by copying the email address and sending a letter to it or a message via Skype, ICQ or another similar program.
There is no one hundred percent guarantee of a successful contact. They will answer you only if they deem it necessary.
Step 3
The oldest communication method is by mail. It is the longest, but preferred in conflict situations. If you send a claim or other letter of a similar plan to the company, the notification of delivery will be a confirmation that the shipment has reached the addressee and will make it possible, when solving the problem through the court, to demand additional compensation from the company for ignoring your appeal or unmotivated refusal.
