Register in the Webmoney system and get yourself a Web-wallet. Download to your computer Webmoney - keeper from the official site. To transfer money to a savings bank, you need a classic keeper. All these operations are easy to carry out even with minimal computer skills, the main thing is to strictly follow the instructions of Webmoney.
Step 4
To transfer Webmoney to a savings bank, get a personal or formal passport and send scanned copies of your main documents to the site administration: a passport with a photo and registration and TIN.
Passport data and information in the Savings Bank must completely match. Upload documents to the server from your computer or send them by mail their notarized copies. The Verification Center staff will check the accuracy of the documents and notify you of the results by e-mail. After receiving permission to withdraw money to your savings bank, open your Webmoney wallet.
