Breeding bees with the subsequent collection of honey and its sale is quite a profitable business, but the main difficulty of novice beekeepers is the problem of decorating an apiary.

How to arrange an apiary

It is necessary

  • - an application for the lease of a land plot;
  • -surveyor.

Instructions

Step 1

To arrange an apiary, register as a private entrepreneur. Decide on the place in which you plan to organize the apiary, and, if possible, find this place on the map. If the apiary will be in the forest - contact the forester for help in collecting all the documents.

Step 2

If you do not want an apiary in the forest, contact the district department of land relations. Inform that you need to get a land plot for rent and indicate where it is (the employees of the regional department have their own detailed map of your area).

Step 3

Write an application requesting the provision of a land plot for your own needs for free-of-charge fixed-term use. Attach a notarized copy of your passport to your application. If there is no notary, a copy of the passport must be certified by the administration of the rural settlement.

Step 4

Also prepare information about the land plot: its characteristics and diagram (for this, use the services of a surveyor), as well as data on the encumbrance of the plot (that is, how it is already being used or how it is planned to be used in the future). Provide all this at the place of appeal (to the forestry or to the district department of land relations).

Step 5

If, after considering the application, a decision is made to allocate a plot for your use, sign the appropriate agreement. If the agreement is signed for more than a year, it is subject to state registration.

Step 6

If you have any questions, please contact the regional department. There they will tell you what to do, taking into account the local specifics. Remember also that a lot depends on the land you choose.
