There are many ways to find out if you are in debt. The situation is easiest with banks: if you took out a loan and did not pay the principal or interest, bank employees will periodically call you and send reminder letters. In order not to wait for such notifications, you can personally contact the department in which the loan agreement was concluded and ask to refer you to the manager who is in charge of your business.
Step 2
If you opened a bank account or use a plastic card, register access to your personal account via the Internet. A separate page will collect information about your loan debts. You don't even have to leave your home to get the information you need.
Step 3
Information about debts on payment of taxes on vehicles, land plots or other real estate can be obtained on the official website of the Federal Tax Service Inspectorate of Russia. Open the page at https://www.nalog.ru, in the "Electronic services" section, select "Find out your debt", agree to the rules for providing information.
Step 4
On the updated page, fill in the fields marked with a red asterisk, enter the verification code from the picture and click on the "Find" button. A list will be generated upon request. From the same page, it will be possible to print out already completed receipts for payment, with which you should contact the Sberbank branch.
Step 5
Administrative fines can also be attributed to budget arrears. For the information you need, contact the institution that imposed the foreclosure, or use the online service. The Portal of State Services of the Russian Federation is quite convenient in this respect. On it you can get information about taxes and fines.
Step 6
Go to the page at https://www.gosuslugi.ru, register, enter your personal account and select the one you need from the available sections. Fill in the fields offered by the system and see the results. If you are not in debt, you will be notified about it.
Step 7
If you are unable to enter the network, contact the territorial tax authority at the place of registration. In certain cases, bailiffs will also help to obtain information at the place of your registration, since writs of execution, including those written out on the basis of a court decision in absentia, which you might not know about, go to the Federal Bailiff Service.
