Step 1
You can send a transfer through Sberbank in person by contacting any of its branches. Take a special application form, fill in the required fields: your name and account number, as well as the corresponding data of the recipient. For internal translation, i.e. to another division of Sberbank, it is enough to indicate its number in the structure.
Step 2
You don't need to have a bank account to make a transfer. In this case, you simply deposit the entire amount in cash at the cashier and pay the commission for the service. If the recipient also does not have an account, he will simply be paid the money in the department you specified in the application. All operations are performed upon presentation of a passport and passbook (if any).
Step 3
To send an external transfer, i.e. to another bank or country, fill out the same application, adding the recipient bank's SWIFT code. In addition, if you are sending money for cash payment, the recipient's passport details or the address where he is registered must be indicated.
Step 4
There are also urgent transfers: Blitz and MoneyGram. For the first one, it is enough to indicate the name and passport details of the recipient, and he can receive money in any branch within a maximum of an hour. To do this, you do not need to fill out any forms, you just go to the operator, provide the data, and then give the money to the cashier.
Step 5
MoneyGram transfers money all over the world. This is an international company, the services of which can now be used through Sberbank. Show the operator your passport, state the country, amount and currency. In addition, you must provide the Latin spelling of your first and last name (you can see it in your passport or on a plastic card), occupation, contact phone number, Latin spelling of the recipient's personal data and the purpose (purpose) of the transfer.
Step 6
In some cases, you may need to provide your security question and answer in English. If you are not sure that there is a MoneyGram pick-up point in the recipient's place of residence, check with the operator. Each transfer is assigned a control number, which you must give to the recipient. Without it, he will not be able to receive money. If they remain unclaimed for a long time, you can return them at any time.
Step 7
You can also transfer money through an online service called Sberbank Online. To do this, you must have access there, which is only open to bank customers. In addition, you can make a transfer from one Sberbank card to another through ATMs and terminals.
