For urgent money transfers, use the international money transfer system. This is convenient because money can be sent to a person who does not have his own bank account. To do this, contact one of the banks that accept payments via Western Union, MIGOM, Contact or another system that exists in Russia and Belarus. Fill out a payment order for sending a transfer, where indicate the amount of the transfer (in the currency in which the money is transferred), your name and passport details, as well as the name of the addressee and the city of destination. Then pay for the transfer. You will be given a receipt with a secret code. It will need to be reported to the recipient of the money so that he can claim it at any branch of the payment system.

You can also use a bank account for the transfer. Get the bank coordinates of the addressee. They must include the client's set number, the bank's correspondent account, as well as the BIC and OKATO code. All these details can be obtained from the bank upon request. Then apply with your passport to the financial institution where you have an account. Fill out an application for a one-time or regular transfer of a certain amount of money. In it, you need to indicate the name of the addressee or the name of the organization, as well as bank details. Deposit the required funds into your account. After that, the recipient will be able to withdraw money from his account in a few working days.
Step 3
You can also transfer money via the Internet. To do this, the sender and the recipient must register electronic wallets of one of the systems, replenish it and make the transfer in accordance with the instructions.
Step 4
When sending money, take into account the specifics of the tax legislation of Belarus. For international transfers, including to Russia, of amounts exceeding a certain threshold, it is necessary to present a copy of the completed tax return to the bank. In 2011, this amount was seventy million Belarusian rubles.
