According to Government Decree No. 178, subsidies are transferred to regional budgets within the framework of the program to support small and medium-sized businesses. In accordance with this, all citizens who are registered in employment centers and who want to engage in individual entrepreneurship can receive financial assistance to start their own business.

Instructions
Step 1
To get cash aid, apply to a Community Employment Center. Fill out the form, indicate that you want to receive financial assistance to start your own business.
Step 2
Assistance is provided only to those who are registered for unemployment. If you are not yet registered, then you need to get on it. To do this, you will need to present a passport, work book with a letter of dismissal, education documents, a certificate of salary from the last place of work. The certificate must be presented with the 2-NDFL form with the indicated income for 6 months.
Step 3
If all the entries in the work record indicate that you have no management experience, then you will additionally have to take a test that will help determine the presence or absence of business ability. If your work record contains records of work experience in a managerial position, then you will not have to take the test.
Step 4
The Center for Employment of the Population will give you directions to the center for the development of small business and entrepreneurship in your region. You will undergo a one-month training course on starting your own business, you will be helped to prepare a business plan and a business project, without which it is impossible to receive financial assistance for starting a small business.
Step 5
Register with the tax office as an individual entrepreneur, open a bank account.
Step 6
Submit to the employment center a business plan, a business project, a certificate of completion of courses in entrepreneurship, a certificate of registration as an individual entrepreneur, a certificate of opening a financial personal account.
Step 7
If all your documents pass the necessary control, then you will receive financial assistance to start your own business. The amount of material assistance in different regions may differ, therefore, about the amount of allocated material resources, consult the employment center.
Step 8
For all allocated funds, you are required to submit a full material report. Money can only be spent for the purposes specified in the business plan.
