Everyone who works in trade or has a business in the trade area knows perfectly well that the most important thing is the client and his desires. Naturally, there are certain limits of decency, beyond which you should not go, otherwise the client will simply sit on your neck, but since ancient times in trade there is one and only rule - "The client's desire is above all."
Instructions
Step 1
Study your client carefully first. Your product has maximum value for a specific target group that is most likely to need it and will buy it if you offer it. Identify this target group.
Step 2
Determine the needs of this target group. Find out what exactly is the greatest value for her - is it the status of the product, its price or its popularity? You must decide what exactly they want your product to be in order to sell it as efficiently as possible.
Step 3
Use discounts and promotions in combination with an advertising campaign in order to get the most out of your product. You need to attract and retain the customer, and to do this, you need to play on the needs identified in the previous step. Maintain customer loyalty with cumulative discount cards and club cards, if your business allows it.
Step 4
Constantly monitor the effectiveness of sales and trainings aimed at improving the quality of sales. Sales managers must perfectly master the rules of communication and effective sales in order for the client to enjoy buying your product and from you.
