Step 1

For each account or subaccount, analytical accounting is provided. Therefore, when creating and subsequently editing the chart of accounts in 1C, the required number of sub-accounts, that is, objects of analytical accounting, can be supplied. Moreover, adjustments to accounts and sub-accounts can be made both by a user working with an automated accounting system and by a software developer.

Step 2

Similarly, for each account, you can set several types of accounting, for example, it can be currency and quantity accounting. In addition, you can set several attributes for accounting for a sub-account, in particular, quantitative and total.

By default, the account form in the form of a list is used to view the data contained in the chart of accounts. This form is convenient: it allows you to easily navigate through the electronic register, view data, add, highlight, and delete accounts. The list form allows you to sort the information displayed on the screen according to certain criteria: for example, accounts are differentiated into active, passive and active-passive.

Step 4

To view detailed information on each account or subaccount and make some changes, use the account form. This form of data presentation is convenient for the user's perception and contains an extended amount of information: code, name, type, type of subconto and other data. To switch from the list form to the invoice form, move the computer mouse cursor to the name of the invoice you are interested in (in the list form) and click on it.

In 1C, you can change the form of any printed document, including invoices for payment, for example, by adding text to its standard form. To add text, open the "Invoices for payment" printable: the "Table" submenu will appear in the main menu (select "View" and then "View only"). In one of the cells of the "Invoices for payment" printed form, enter the required text.
