To open your own business in the capital of Tatarstan, you need a standard package of documents and a non-standard business idea that could attract the attention of your future clients and buyers. And last but not least - investors.
Instructions
Step 1
Analyze the market of the republic or the entire Volga region, depending on how large-scale business you plan to open. Draw up a business plan for submission to future investors or to the Investment Development Agency of the Republic of Tatarstan (https://tida.tatarstan.ru), which implements government programs to support small and medium-sized businesses.
Step 2
If you do not have enough personal savings to open a business, you will have to go to the bank for a loan and provide a decent collateral (usually real estate or, in extreme cases, a car) and reliable guarantors. Otherwise, you will be denied a loan.
Step 3
Try to find investors as well. This does not require your business idea to be completely new. The main thing is that you are able to present it in such a way as to interest investors. Do not seek to show that the idea is so productive and, at the same time, non-standard that you have no visible competitors. On the contrary, overly non-standard ideas can cause confusion. And the absence of competitors in the eyes of investors may indicate that you have not studied the market well enough.
Step 4
If you are going to register an individual entrepreneur, prepare the following documents:
- a certified copy of the passport;
- Contact details;
- INN and SNILS.
If you are planning to register a legal entity, you will need the following documents:
- certified copies of the charter and constituent documents;
- certified copies of passports, TIN and SNILS of all founders and officials (general director, chief accountant, etc.);
- certificate from the bank on the availability of authorized capital.
Step 5
Apply for registration of your organization to the Interdistrict Inspectorate of the Federal Tax Service No. 18 for the Republic of Tatarstan, which is located at the address: Kazan, Kulagina Street, Building 1. Submit all documents Within five days you will receive a certificate of state registration.
