For several years now, labor exchanges have been running a subsidy program for start-up entrepreneurs. Such a program helps to reduce the unemployment rate. And even if the amount that you can get from the state is relatively small, it will help you start your own business.

Instructions
Step 1
Register with the labor office as an unemployed person. To do this, you need to contact the employment center of the population of your city and provide the following documents:
1. Certificate of salary for the last 6 months.
2. Labor book
3. Passport
4. A document certifying qualifications or a document on education.
5. Insurance certificate of state pension insurance.
6. Bank details of the personal account for the transfer of subsidies and benefits.
Step 2
Within a few days, you will be registered as unemployed. After that, you must fill out an application for starting your own business (a sample will be provided by the labor exchange). Within a month, you will be scheduled for an interview and test, during which the employees of the Employment Center will reveal your intentions and entrepreneurial abilities.
Step 3
In parallel with your interview, start writing a business plan for your own business. You can also take a sample of it at the labor exchange. However, try to make it as literate, complete and informative as possible, as not all business plans are ultimately approved. Once your business plan is ready, you will be assigned a defense date. During this event, answer clearly to all questions, demonstrate enthusiasm and interest in the future business.
Step 4
After the approval of your project by the service staff, you can register your own company. It can be both a legal entity and an individual: all registration costs will be covered by the Employment Center.
Within 7 days after opening, you will receive a subsidy in the amount of 12 minimum wages (about 58,000 rubles) to your account.
