Find out what shares you have: after the reorganization, about 30 independent enterprises were spun off from the company. Then you need to follow the link to the shareholder calculator and enter the number of preferred and common shares held.

Select one of the values in the column "Position in the voting of the EGM" (EGM? Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders). Those who did not take part in this vote were in the most advantageous position, since they received the most shares.

Then follow the link "Stock quotes", where you will find the cost of securities. Information comes from the MICEX (Moscow Interbank Currency Exchange) with a 15% delay. Multiply the number of shares you have by the price. The nice part of the question ends here. Since, as a result of the reorganization, RAO UES split into several companies, each stake will have to be sold separately (at least 26). To do this, update your details in the register of shareholders for each organization.
