Step 1
Before you can be registered as needing housing improvement, you need to be recognized as poor. It should be noted that low-income citizens are those citizens who are recognized as such by the local government, in accordance with the procedure established by the law of the relevant constituent entity of the Russian Federation, taking into account the income attributable to each family member, as well as the value of property owned by family members and subject to taxation. If you have passed this step and you are recognized as poor, you should immediately proceed further - to a new authority.
Step 2
You have received a message about the recognition of your family as poor, now collect all the necessary documents to go to the housing authorities. First of all, this is a statement to which the following documents are attached:
- a copy of the personal financial account;
- an extract from the house book;
- certificates of the bureau of technical inventory;
- certificates of health care institutions and other documents relevant to the solution of this issue.
Step 3
Feel free to go to the housing authorities at your place of residence so that you will be registered for the improvement of housing conditions. Here you will need to submit the collected documents. The application will be registered, it will be considered, and after a month you will receive a written message about the decision.
