The Central Bank of the Russian Federation, carrying out the turnover of its funds, interacts with commercial banks. To work with the Central Bank of the Russian Federation, a commercial bank must obtain a license for the right to carry out monetary transactions.
Instructions
Step 1
Register as a founder of the bank with the Federal Tax Service, having received the status of a legal entity, about which an entry will be made in the Unified State Register, in accordance with the Federal Law "On State Registration of Legal Entities and Individual Entrepreneurs".
Step 2
Hold a meeting of all founders to adopt the charter and authorized capital of the future bank. Take meeting minutes.
Step 3
Write to the National Bank an application for registration of your future bank; provide an extract from the minutes of the meeting on the decision of the owner (s) regarding the charter and documents confirming the size of the authorized capital.
Step 4
Attach documents confirming the state registration of a legal entity and their copies.
Step 5
Provide a list of candidates for the management and executive staff, a candidate for the chief accountant of the bank. Compile information about each, attach the questionnaire of each employee.
Step 6
It is necessary to take from the tax authority at the place of registration a certificate of absence of federal budget arrears. Also confirm the right to find the bank at the address specified in the statutory documents.
Step 7
Develop and submit to the National Bank a business plan, in which you calculate the estimated costs, income and profits.
Step 8
Provide the National Bank with confirmation of the technical capabilities to carry out banking operations, store and move and save bank values. The list of required capabilities is provided by the National Bank.
Step 9
Pay the state fee for registering a bank and submit a document confirming this.
