Instructions

Step 1

According to Russian tax law, you must notify the FTS about opening an account within seven days. You can see the opening date in the information letter received at the bank.

Step 2

To notify the Federal Tax Service, use the unified form No. С-09-1, which consists of three pages. Fill in the latter if the account is opened with the Federal Treasury. Fill out the form in duplicate, give one of which to the inspectorate, and keep the second, marked with the Federal Tax Service.

Step 3

First, put down the TIN and KPP of your organization, you can get this information from the certificate of registration with the tax inspectorate or in the extract from the Unified State Register of Legal Entities (EGRYUP). Number the pages.

Step 4

Next, underline in the name of the form that the information is submitted specifically about opening a personal account. Also on the first page you must write the name of the organization, codes (OGRN, OGRNIP), indicate contact information and the name of the head of the organization or his representative. Be sure to include the date on which the document was drawn up and a blue company seal stamp.

Step 5

On the second page, indicate the number and date of opening the current account (you can get this information from the information letter received at the bank). Also write the name of the bank, its postal address, TIN, KPP and BIK. Sign below that will certify the above data.

Step 6

After completing this form, contact your tax office. If you are a representative of a legal entity, then, in addition to the form, you must provide a power of attorney issued in your name. In the event that you cannot come to the Federal Tax Service, you can send the form by mail. To do this, be sure to make an inventory of the attachment, on which the postal employee will put a mark. It is the date indicated on it that will be the date of the provision of information.
