Step 1
Rent a classroom and driving practice area. One site is often used by several schools at once; it may have tenants who, in turn, offer sublease. Another option is an hourly pay for everyone who wants to practice, regardless of belonging to a particular driving school. No matter how you build a business relationship with its owner, you should definitely be able to use some kind of training ground for practical training.
Step 2
Equip the classroom you leased. A complete list of manuals - both visual posters and individual parts of the automobile mechanism, is contained in the "Program for the education of drivers of vehicles of category B". Some owners of driving schools advise, instead of a number of ready-made "training" spare parts in the context of buying an old car and extracting all the necessary parts from it - in the end it costs less.
Step 3
Decide in advance, according to what scheme you will organize practical training in a driving school - either you will have a fleet of training cars, or instructors will teach "cadets" to drive their own cars. In the first case, you will need to purchase several cars (possibly "broken" to save money) and re-equip them in a specialized workshop, then registering them with the traffic police. In the second, each instructor must be registered as an individual entrepreneur, and a contract for the provision of services is concluded with him.
Step 4
Make an appointment with a teacher (for example, a road technical school teacher) who will teach theory classes at your school on an hourly basis. Find three driving instructors (the standard number for most driving schools), with or without their own training vehicles. As a rule, the educational process at the driving school is supervised by an administrator, an employee with a fixed salary.
