Make a business plan for your service. Calculate the cost of renting or buying a work space, technical support. Find a room with several rooms. Separate rooms are needed for dispatchers and operators, technicians, accounting, and the director's office. It would be nice to make a separate rest room.

Get into tech and communications. Conduct a local area network. Get simple, memorable cell and landline phone numbers. On them you will receive calls from clients.

Purchase equipment that will distribute calls between dispatchers, record conversations, and process orders. You can purchase a specialized hardware and software system created specifically for taxi services. It is an automatic station that supports all the necessary functions. You can install additional modules to it - GPS navigation, electronic maps, autoinformer. Communication between the control room and the taxi is carried out here via a GPRS connection. If it is expensive for you, use several devices in a bundle - PBX, recorder, server for processing and distribution of orders. But, in this case, you will have to buy walkie-talkies for drivers and rent or buy your own radio frequency.

Form a car fleet. You have several options - buy cars, rent them or hire drivers with your own vehicles - the first option allows you to properly monitor the condition of the cars and put your company logo on them. But your car fleet requires large expenses for its maintenance. At the initial stage of the service, it is better to hire drivers with their own cars.
Step 6
Recruit staff. Hardworking, polite dispatchers and responsible drivers are the key to the success of your service. When hiring drivers, give preference to those who know the city well and have experience in this field. It is better if the job in your service will be the only one for the candidate.
