"Mobile wallet" is a service provided by Qiwi payment acceptance operator. You can dispose of funds from such a "wallet" using a payment machine, phone or computer. But first you need to replenish it.
Instructions
Step 1
In order to replenish your Mobile Wallet account using a payment machine, first make sure that it is connected to the Qiwi operator, and not to any other. It is not always possible to determine this by the appearance of the terminal. Follow the information on its screen.
Step 2
Select "Mobile wallet" in the machine menu. It is usually the middle one in the main menu that the terminal displays in standby mode. On some days, the structure of the main menu changes, and then the item intended for replenishing the account of the "Mobile Wallet" will have to be looked for in the intermediate menus.
Step 3
Enter your mobile phone number indicated during registration. Click the continue button.
Step 4
Enter the four-digit password also obtained during registration. Click the continue button again.
Step 5
If you have forgotten your mobile wallet password, call 8 800 333 00 59, and then agree with your consultant on further steps to recover it.
Step 6
If the operation of the "Mobile Wallet" in this machine is not blocked, after a while (which depends on how the terminal is connected to the Internet - via GPRS or Ethernet), you will enter your account.
Step 7
Press the key intended for replenishing the wallet (its name may change). If the amount on the account is zero, this key pulses.
Step 8
Select the method of replenishment: from your phone account (not compatible with all operators, blocked on some machines) or in cash.
Step 9
To top up from your phone account, follow the instructions of the machine.
Step 10
For cash replenishment, see the information about the minimum amount starting from which replenishment is carried out without a commission. In order to save money, make a one-time deposit at least this amount.
Step 11
Information that the account has been replenished will not appear on the screen immediately. Therefore, save the printed receipt.
Step 12
To replenish the funds of one wallet from the account of another, enter it in any way (from a machine, phone or computer), and then select the appropriate option from the menu. Select the number of the wallet to be replenished and the amount, and then confirm the operation.
