Step 1
Apply for a formal WebMoney passport so that operations for converting electronic money into non-cash ones become available to you. To issue a formal certificate, you need to upload a scanned passport to the certification center. Check that your passport details match those specified in your WebMoney wallet. If the data does not match, the issuance of a formal passport will be refused. Scan verification takes from several hours to 5 days. You will receive a notification about the passed verification to your WM Keeper and by e-mail.
Step 2
Scan your TIN (Taxpayer Identification Number) and upload it to the Verification Center. Scan verification, as in the previous case, takes up to 5 business days. This procedure is largely formal in nature: in Russian legislation, the payment of income tax on the electronic money you receive is not yet regulated. However, without this step, you will not be able to transfer WebMoney to a bank account.
Step 3
Go to the protected area (My WebMoney Withdraw WM Transfer WMR to the specified bank account) and create a template for withdrawal (fill in the fields with your account details at the bank branch). Carefully check all the details: due to a banal typo, the payment may be sent to another bank branch or to another account.
Step 4
Specify the amount to be withdrawn and confirm your agreement with the securities purchase and sale agreement. Pay for the invoice in an electronic wallet. The money will be credited to your bank account within 3 business days. The cost of the operation is 0.8% of the amount you ordered. An additional 15 rubles will be withheld in favor of the banking.guarantee.ru service. You can get cash at a bank branch or ATM.
Step 5
If you do not want to download scans of documents or are worried about the safety of your personal data, you can use the services of electronic exchange and withdrawal of funds. Keep in mind that a fairly high commission is usually charged for using this service (up to 10% of the amount ordered for withdrawal).
