Step 2

Develop a charter. Since the law imposes special requirements on the charter of an educational institution, be sure to write down the following points in this document:

2. Information about the founders;

3. Organizational and legal form of the institution;

4. Characteristics of the educational process, which include: the procedure for admitting students, the duration of training, the mode of conducting classes, the system of grading, the availability of paid courses and the procedure for conducting them, etc.

5. In what order will the educational institution be managed. This paragraph should contain the following information: the competence of the founder, the system of forming the governing bodies of the educational institution, their competence and principles of organizing activities; the procedure for admitting teachers, their working conditions and remuneration; a system for changing the charter of the organization, if such a need arises;

6. Rights and obligations of participants in the educational process;

7. The list of documents that regulate the activities of the educational institution (orders, orders and other acts).

Step 3

Collect a package of necessary documents and certify it with a notary. These documents include the memorandum of association, charter, lease or ownership of the premises, a list of activities, information about the founders, an application for registration.

Submit documents to the tax authority for further registration. According to the law, a month is allocated for this process, but in fact it takes much more time.
