Complete a general description of the enterprise (when and by whom it was founded), its organizational and legal form (limited liability company, individual entrepreneur, closed or open joint stock company, etc.).

Describe the specifics of the enterprise, analyze the range of goods and services. Justify the choice of assortment.

Consider the development strategy of the enterprise in the modern market (the level of adaptability to changing market conditions, competitiveness, the level of marketing research, advertising campaigns, etc.).

Determine which phase of the life cycle of the enterprise you are considering (origin, growth, maturity, decline ("rejuvenation")). Each stage of the life cycle has its own characteristics that must be taken into account. These features include: functional priorities, research and development (R&D), manufacturing, marketing, product distribution, human resources policy, financial policy, standards and control.

Complete the description of the organizational structure of the enterprise. Describe how effectively management and communication between structural divisions of the organization is carried out.
