To do this, the owner of the certificate must submit an application to the Pension Fund of the Russian Federation, attaching a duplicate of the certificate, copies of the passport and insurance certificate of compulsory pension insurance, as well as copies of the contract for the sale of residential premises, certificate of ownership of real estate of the owner of the certificate and a certificate of the amount of the balance on a loan. If this application is submitted by the owner's spouse, a marriage certificate will also be required. After considering the application, the money will go to the seller's account, so it must be indicated at the time of contacting the FIU.
Step 2
After the child is three years old, the maternity capital can be used to buy an apartment or house. Moreover, many banks accept the certificate as a down payment on a mortgage. Also, this money is allowed to be spent on the construction of a residential building with the involvement of a construction company or on their own, payment of their share in the construction of an apartment building, an entrance fee to a housing cooperative. The state sets only the condition that housing is located on the territory of Russia.
Step 3
Also, after three years, this money can be used to pay for school or university studies for any child in the family, his maintenance in kindergarten. The only thing is that educational institutions must have state accreditation. And children can receive such an education until they reach 25 years of age at the date of the start of their studies. Moreover, if the child is admitted to the budgetary department, the maternity capital will be accepted to pay for his accommodation in the hostel.
Step 4
Women who have maternity capital have the right to use these funds to form the funded part of their labor pension. This money can be transferred both to the Pension Fund of the Russian Federation and to a non-state pension fund or a private management company.
Step 5
The main rule for using maternity capital is that parents are not entitled to receive it in cash. All operations are carried out in a non-cash form.
