If you exceed the speed limit in your car and you are stopped by a traffic police inspector, then he is obliged to bring you to administrative responsibility for violation of traffic rules. The inspector will draw up a protocol-receipt of an administrative offense and assign you a fine for speeding. You must pay the fine within 30 days from the date of drawing up the protocol.
It is necessary
a protocol-receipt of an administrative offense issued by a traffic police inspector
Instructions
Step 1
Contact the nearest branch of Sberbank, show the cashier the protocol receipt issued to you by the traffic police inspector, and pay the amount indicated in the receipt. The cashier will make all the necessary operations and give you a receipt for payment. If you do not pay the fine within 30 days from the date of drawing up the protocol, then you will have a second administrative offense on your account - non-payment of the fine. The case about this administrative offense can be brought to court. By a court decision, you will have to pay a fine in double the amount of the fine that has not been paid earlier, or you may be arrested for up to fifteen days.
Step 2
Pay the fine through the electronic terminal of Sberbank, in cash or with a Visa or Master Card bank card, if you do not want to stand in line at the cashier. When paying a fine through the terminal, enter the details specified in the protocol in the menu window. Check the payment details after filling in the lines of the menu window. You can also ask a Sberbank employee for help with the terminal. They will tell you everything.
Step 3
Make a copy of the receipt of payment of the fine, send it by registered mail to the traffic police department, whose inspector wrote you a fine. The address must be indicated in the receipt protocol. In the copy, indicate the details of the decree, the article of the Administrative Code. Carry the original receipt confirming the payment of the fine with you in the car within a year from the date of payment of the fine in order to avoid misunderstandings when communicating with the traffic police.
