A peasant farm is a group of citizens who have common ownership of property and carry out joint economic activities. To organize it, you must follow the standard registration procedure prescribed in the legislation for peasant farms.

Instructions

Step 1

Contact your local village administration and get a sample agreement on setting up a peasant farm. It is signed by citizens who will enter the peasant farm being created. It can be either one person or a group of people. In this case, no more than three family members and no more than five people who are not related are allowed. Members of peasant farms can be not only citizens of the Russian Federation, but also non-residents and stateless persons.

Step 2

Draw up an agreement in which you indicate information about all members of the peasant farm being created, about their duties, rights, income and property. Select the head of the peasant farm. After that, determine the type of activity that you will be doing. This can be sheep, poultry, meat and dairy cattle breeding, as well as raising piglets for fattening.

Step 3

Visit the territorial tax office and register as an individual entrepreneur. You must have a passport and an agreement on the establishment of a farm with you. After that, you will receive a registration certificate in your hands.

Step 4

Purchase a land plot for running a peasant farm. If you do not have your own land for farming, you can get it from the state. To do this, use the right of article 12 of the law on peasant farms and get an object from agricultural land, which is currently in municipal or state ownership. Visit the local government office and fill out an application in which you indicate the purpose of use of the land plot, the claimed right to it, the terms of provision, the lease term, the desired size and location.

Step 5

Enter into a lease or purchase agreement for a land plot on which your peasant farm will be organized. After that, you can begin to conduct activities.
