When concluding an agreement, it is important to maintain a balance of interests and not infringe on either side. Therefore, it is better not to use standard forms, but to prescribe in detail all aspects of mutual cooperation.

Step 1
The situation with the re-display of services arises, for example, when renting premises. Utility service providers present claims to the owner for payment in accordance with the concluded contracts. The landlord re-submits invoices for payment to the tenant, who is actually operating the premises and all communications.
Step 2
The cost of utilities and maintenance work in the order of the premises can be written off to the costs of the tenant only if the documents are correctly drawn up. If the organization pays the bills of the owner of the premises, then it will have no documentary evidence to justify the payment. The owner will also not be able to recognize such payments as his own expenses, since they do not apply to his economic activities.
Step 3
The landlord is not entitled to rewrite invoices on his own behalf, because he actually does not provide such services to the lessee, and he simply does not have the right to sell electricity or heat. The conclusion of tripartite agreements is a good way out of the situation, but only in the case of a long-term lease.
Step 4
A possible solution to the problem is to prescribe in the lease the payment of the fixed part of the contractual value (actually the rent) and the variable part of the rent in the amount of the cost reimbursement amount. Under such conditions of the contract, the changing amount of the second component does not mean a change in the rent, because the method of calculating the amount of payment remains unchanged.

Re-presentation of services is also applied in the case of involving the services of a third-party organization in the absence of such specialists on the staff. Payment for work on servicing "other people's" needs is made at the place of employment of workers, but is presented to the enterprise - the actual consumer of labor.
