Mortgages at Rosselkhozbank are issued on the following general conditions:

  • the minimum interest rate is 7.5%, and is charged on loans issued for a period of up to 180 months;
  • the standard interest rate of 8.5% is charged on loans issued for a period of 30 years;
  • the obligatory execution of an insurance policy for the life and health of the borrower is required, and if it is not fulfilled, the interest rate on the loan increases to 11.5%;
  • the maximum interest rate on a mortgage in this bank is 13.5%.

Private terms vary depending on the mortgage program chosen. The Rosselkhozbank has four such programs:

  • standard housing loan, which is issued both for finished and for housing under construction;
  • housing mortgage with state support;
  • mortgage loan "Young Family";
  • housing loan for 2 documents.

Under the standard home loan program, the borrower has the right to purchase an apartment or house both directly from the developer and on the secondary market. And besides, with the help of borrowed funds, he will be able to pay for the purchase of a land plot and the construction of a private house.

Under this program, benefits are provided for holders of salary cards, there is no need to confirm income when submitting documents, there is an opportunity to choose unfinished housing to buy with mortgage funds.

If the borrower has a personal subsidiary farm, under this program he can get a loan to build a house in the village, if he has been successfully running his farm for more than a year. Special conditions for a construction loan under the standard housing program of the Russian Agricultural Bank are as follows:

  • the maximum term for full debt repayment is 25 years;

The minimum amount of the down payment is 20%, the loan amount itself varies: for Muscovites and St. Petersburg residents, the maximum threshold is 8,000,000 rubles, for residents of the regions - 3,000,000 rubles.

According to the "Young Family" program, benefits are provided to young families, but everyone can take part. The loan is issued on the following conditions:

  • the maximum age for spouses is 35;
  • living space for each of the spouses - no more than 14m2;
  • the maximum redistribution of the mortgage loan amount - no more than 85% of the cost of housing (no more than 20,000,000 rubles);
  • the term for which the loan is issued does not exceed 25 years;
  • the loan can be issued in rubles, dollars and euros, and the interest rate depends on the type of currency and the size of the down payment: from 10.5% to 14.5% in rubles, from 9% to 10.5% in foreign currency.

There are no commissions under this program, and it is possible to repay the debt ahead of schedule.

A mortgage loan under the 2 documents program offers borrowers to take a loan without any proof of income, providing only 2 documents. However, the rate in this case is high: from 14% to 16.5%, and the down payment must be at least 50% of the loan amount.

And the traditional package of documents required for registration of a mortgage loan at Rosselkhozbank includes:

  • copies of all pages of the borrower's passport;
  • application form;
  • documents confirming the presence of permanent income;
