Step 1
The only body that is currently authorized by the state to issue construction licenses for all types of activities is ROSSSTROY. It issues personalized license forms, which contain the names of all licensees with their TIN, license number in the register of state licenses, registration address and information on licensing conditions. In addition, the license specifies the types of work that this document gives the licensees the right to carry out.
Step 2
Consider whether your company really needs a license to carry out all types of construction work - this task significantly complicates the conditions for obtaining a license. At your disposal should be specialists with diplomas confirming their qualifications and the ability to carry out all types of activities specified in the classifier. In addition, it is necessary to confirm that you, at least in the lease, have the appropriate special equipment.
Step 3
If you are sure of the need to obtain just such a license, then keep in mind that all the specialists of your company must have a special construction education and at least 50% of them have a higher degree. In addition, they need at least 3 years of work experience in construction.
Step 4
To carry out special work - electrical or plumbing, you also need a special education from the workers of your company. An additional requirement - all employees of the company must have documents confirming that they have completed advanced training courses no later than 5 years before the date of submission of documents to the Licensing Center.

Formally, in order to obtain a license, you need to pay a state duty in the amount of 300 to 1000 rubles, prepare documents confirming the state registration of your enterprise and the fact that it is tax-registered, as well as collect information about the staffing of your employees, the available equipment and the implemented at the enterprise Management and quality control system.

But, in fact, you will also have to pay for the contractual services of the Federal Licensing Center, which can amount to several tens of thousands of rubles. This center accepts documents from applicants, checks and controls the correctness of filling in the necessary documents, consultations, formation and storage of licensing files. Contact the territorial licensing center with an application for a license, conclude an agreement with it for the provision of services, pay for it, as well as employee training and expertise. After that, you will be entitled to carry out the activities specified in the application.
