The peculiarity of such banknotes is that they have an extremely rare series. A banknote of 200 rubles, for which you can get half a million, the series should. Similar banknotes are extremely rare, which makes them very valuable. Typically, a series begins with the letters "AA".
It is very good if the banknote appears, although such banknotes were intended solely for demonstrative purposes and disposed of almost immediately after issue. However, some still fell into the hands of Russians, who do not even notice their values and calmly pay with them in shops and public transport.
