Step 1
Use one more PUK code given to you when buying a sim card, which consists of nine digits. After entering it, a proposal will appear on the mobile phone screen to change the PIN-code, which you must come up with yourself. After this procedure, the sim card is unlocked and you can use the phone.

If you entered the PUK code incorrectly ten times, then in this case you need to contact the main office of your mobile operator with a passport, where they will either give you a code or replace the old sim card with a new one. In the latter case, it will be impossible to restore the information that was stored on the card, but you will be able to use the old phone number and tariff plan.
Step 3
Some cellular operators can provide PUK codes over the phone. To do this, call the toll-free number of the mobile operator, give your passport details and other information that the operator will ask you to provide. If you name all the data correctly, they will tell you the code.
Step 4
Some mobile phones can be unblocked by dialing the combination: ** 05 * PUK * new PIN * new PIN #.

In order to prevent the possibility of blocking the SIM card due to an incorrectly dialed code, disable the PIN code check function on your mobile phone. But in this case, remember that if you lose your phone, unauthorized persons will be able to use your data on the SIM card without hindrance.

If the sim card was blocked not because of an incorrectly entered PUK code, but by your mobile operator, for example, if you have not paid for the use of communication services for a long time or simply did not use it for a long time, then you can restore it, by contacting the main office of your mobile operator with a passport.
