Step 1
To calculate the working period for calculating sick leave or other social benefits, calculate the total length of service for all entries in the work book. To do this, subtract the date of employment from the date of dismissal of each entry. Add up all the numbers obtained, round up to full years, months and days. Calculate each year based on 12 months, month based on 30 days. With work experience of 8 years, accrue 100% of the average earnings, from 5 to 8 years - 80%, up to 5 years - 60%.
Step 2
To calculate the period of work to determine the number of days of additional leave, subtract the date of employment for hazardous, hazardous or difficult work from the date of granting the leave. Round the resulting number to full years. When calculating additional vacations, do not take into account the number of months and days. Every full year, multiply by 1 and by the average daily earnings in the 12 months prior to payment.
Step 3
To calculate the period worked to pay compensation for unused vacation, subtract the date of employment from the date of dismissal. For each month worked more than 15 days, accrue vacation pay as for a fully worked month, less than 15 days - no compensation is payable. To pay compensation, divide 28 by 12, multiply by the calculated number of months and by the average daily earnings for 12 months or for the actual period worked if 12 months of experience is not worked out.
Step 4
To calculate the worked period for calculating early pension, subtract from the date of calculation the date of employment or transfer to a hazardous enterprise, work at which is counted in the length of time of hazard for calculating early pension.
Step 5
To calculate the period of work for calculating the old-age pension, calculate all the entries in the employee's work book, subtracting the date of employment from the date of dismissal from each enterprise. Add up the resulting numbers, round up to full years.
