Instructions

Step 1

Start the 1C: Enterprise program. Make sure no other users are using it. To check this, run the program as usual. Enter the "Help" menu and select the "About" item. Click the "Monitor" button. A window will appear with a list of all users who are currently using 1C programs. When starting the program, check the box "Exclusive mode".

Step 2

Open the Document Handling tool. Set the required time period. Check the documents to be nullified in the database. Select the "Mark for deletion" processing type. Click the Run button. Click the "Control" button, then "OK" and "Delete". Wait for completion. Zeroing the 1C base using this method is a long and painstaking process.

Step 3

Check all links, as some of the documents may not be deleted. To do this, go to the "Search for links to objects" section, select the type of files that were not deleted, click "Search for links". Mark the references to all objects as removable and click Remove.

Step 4

Delete all.dbf files that start with the letters dt and dh directly from the database itself. Delete the 1SCONST. DBF file. Conduct testing of the 1C database, as a result of which deleted files will be created, but with zeroed information. This method of zeroing the 1C database is faster than the previous one, but requires special care so as not to accidentally delete important documents.

Step 5

Add a new database when you start the 1C: Enterprise program. Provide a link to an empty folder. Run the program in configurator mode to automatically create a new database. Select Load Modified Configuration. In the window that appears, mark the 1CV7. MD file of the current program. Then, using the "Data Conversion", transfer the directories to a clean database. This method allows you to create a zeroed 1C database with old directories without directly deleting old files.
